We ship fixed gear parts, accessories and complete bikes orders all over the world on a daily basis. We’re getting pretty good at it. If you make an order, payment clears and we have it in stock then we send it straight out that day.
When you have items added in your basket you can get a shipping quote specific for those items and your location. We can ship to most countries globally, if you don’t see yours on the list then please get in touch.
Domestic: We offer free express shipping within Mainland China for all orders.
SAL: If the package is below 2kg then the International Post Surface-Air system will be available as an option. They quote up to 3 months for shipping but normally it’s much faster. It has limited tracking and is not insured so we can’t take responsibility for the items but this is a super-cheap option.
EMS: This is the China Express Mail Service. They quote around 7-14 working days for shipping but it can be much faster (and sometimes slower). It’s tracked and insured and they have local offices all over the world.
We’re not in control of international customs. Each country has it’s own regulations. It’s your responsibility to pay any customs charges. We’ll always do the best we can to help. If you have a specific request for your shipment then let us know.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’ve changed your mind about something then please bring it/send it back to us unused within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund.
Exclusions to this are custom frame orders, under-garments and parts or components that have been installed or built onto a bike.
In the rare case that you find any defects in workmanship or faulty items then please let us know straight away. We’re really serious about the quality of everything we do and will go above and beyond to make you happy. Where relevant, we extend the manufacturer’s warranty.
