ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Our online shop is fully stocked with the juiciest F5 Products. We warehouse in Shanghai in the same place as our workshop and stock is always fresh. We’re constantly making new products and revising what we carry. If you see something which is showing as ‘out of stock’ then give us a shoutout to check if it might be available.
Our web-store does it all… as it should. To purchase items just add them to your basket. When you’re ready to complete the order head to ‘checkout’ and the system will take you through the process.
If you’re looking to order a complete custom bike then just drop us an e-mail. We’re here for you. It's not our focus anymore but we still help customers make great bikes. Get in contact however you like and we’ll help you with anything you need.
Online, we accept credit card payment and PayPal. If you’re in China and have an Alipay account then we can take payment this way too – choose the corresponding option when you checkout. All payments must be received and cleared before we can ship items.
When payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. We’ll get in touch with any queries. If all good, your items will be dispatched within the next couple post days which is usually end of play China-time (GMT +8h00) Monday to Saturday.
