We’re Hiring – Services Manager

Factory Five is seeking a skilled Services Manager to take care of our local and international customers.
Here at F5HQ we’re in communications with people from all over the world who are interested, buying or using our products. They chose us because we’re doing something right amongst the sea of alternatives out there… and we’d like to think it’s because we give the best service we possibly can. The key responsibility of this role is to make this happen.
This involves:
- Answering email queries from all over the world
- Tailoring orders to suit customer needs
- Processing, dispatching and tracking online and in store purchases
- Following up with customer orders and receiving feedback
- Finding new ways to make our services better
This is a very important outward facing role. The right person for the job has a very good communication manner, is able to understand customer’s needs and can work on multiple things at once without letting a single one drop.
Previous customer services experience is a must. Written communication has to be spot-on and Chinese language must be comfortable to you. It would help if you like bikes too – we talk about them all day long!
