The Toonie Crit

Posted on June 29 2015

Our friends over at The Pack have been really busy organizing their Montreal based crit series for the summer. Just this pas weekend was the first of 10 races and according to team captain Bruno Labelle, it was pretty damn awesome. They had 40 racers and twice as many spectators, an awesome turnout for the first of the summer. Apparently Josh Tyrell from the State Bicycle team was an absolutel animal and crushed it in the expert series. Good job man!

The course they laid out seems pretty technical, with one hard 180, one soft 180, 2 chicanes, and 2 90 degree turns. The course length is very short too, just 1km. Gophrette was there as usual taking some killer photos, including this one of the Pack team on their custom F550s framesets. Can’t wait to see more pics from over the summer!
