At the height of the 80’s BMX fever, along came RAD. The ridiculously monikered Cru Jones (Bill Allen) battles to compete in a race known as Helltrack, so he can defeat his nemesis and win the love of a fellow racer (Lori Louglin). A hometown kid on his BMX against the best in the world. At Helltrack… the heat is on.
