Lucas Brunelle Coming to BFF Shanghai

Posted on October 27 2015

Arguably the most influential bicycle videographer in the world, Lucas Brunelle will be coming to Bicycle Film Festival Shanghai – and yes, he’s bringing the ‘helmet cam’.

An ex pro-am racer from the US, he competed on a National level for many years before turning to the streets and becoming one of the first riders in the world to document alleycat races. His films have been shown worldwide at the International Cycling Film Festival, Bicycle Film Festival, and have become the benchmark for short cycling films.

His work spans every continent on the planet, including riding The Great Wall Of China – yes, he actually did that. With an amassed 100,000 followers online he is undoubtedly a popular guy. At this year’s BFF Shanghai we will be showing three of his films; Road Sage (program 3), Lucas Brunelle Goes To Chernobyl (program 3) and Lucas Brunelle Goes To Africa (program 4). He’ll be there in the flesh to give a short introduction about his work and answer a few questions after the screenings.

If you’ve ever wanted to meet the Godfather of bike videos then now’s your chance. Tickets are still available for all screenings, but act fast as they’re going quick!
